We didn''t use the resort amenities very much because there is so much else to do. But, we did go over and look at them. There is a nice mini golf area; an outdoor pool which was of course closed for winter, a large hot tub, game room with pool and ping pong, video rental and a snack bar. On a bulletin board was a list of activities available including some pool and ping pong contests. It looked like everyone was on the ball. We recommend this place highly for winter traveling.

The kitchen is very spacious and well stocked. The resort supplies some sundries like coffee, tea and popcorn in a basket as a welcome gift. The counter opens to the dining area and the rest of the unit.
The living room features a gas fireplace, a TV (that was adequate but smaller than would be expected) with the VCR (no DVD players). There is a nice stereo system on a separate cabinet.
The resort activities leave something to be desired but unfortunately are typical of most resorts. They did have a daily craft for children. My 5 year old daughter decorated a glass ornament. The attendant got the materials out but then we were pretty much on our own. The clubhouse rented movies. The selection included many current releases as well as childrens videos. In the room their were coupons for a free children's video and a snack. It was a nice treat for my daughter.
The front desk staff couldn't be better - friendly & accommodating. Since we are Fairfield owners we called the resort in advance and asked to be upgraded to a two bedroom unit. They went out of their way to accommodate us. When the jacuzzi was too hot they had a maintenance man out within 5 minutes to fix the problem. When I requested a blow dryer for my hair it was delivered in 5 minutes. We would have no hesitation visiting again.

Downstairs was the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom had a king-size bed and a small futon chair that our daughter slept on. The master bedroom had a private balcony also overlooking the Arizona Snowbowl. The master bathroom was almost two rooms. The vanity was huge, and there was a marvelous Jacuzzi tub.
We had a problem getting the fireplace started, but we called maintenance, and they were there within minutes to come and change the pilot light. We didn't have any other problems throughout our stay.
The resort is on a golf course, and the course was outstanding. There is a restaurant in the club house, and resort guests get a dinner discount. Fairfield Flagstaff had several excursions available to go to the Grand Canyon and Red Rock Canyon; we, however, did not take advantage of the tours and just went by ourselves. There was skiing within 10 miles of the resort, and while we were there, they had a snowfall of several inches.
Overall, the resort was excellent, and we cannot wait until we can go back for a longer vacation.

Most rooms, mostly doubles (Euro40), come with en-suite facilities, telephone and TV. Breakfast and bar facilities are readily available. There is even a special double room with access to an open air patio where you can enjoy cappucino in a romantic unrushed atmosphere.
The owner is a very friendly Italian family man who tries his best to accommodate all guests' requests. Nearby are numerous restaurants and shops catering to all your needs. My personal best choice when it comes to living in Perugia.

Our best outing was to the magnificent Grand Canyon, and it's such an awesome place to behold. We also especially liked being able to hop in the car and in a few minutes find ourselves enjoying a great restaurant in Sedona and an afternoon hitting the great art galleries there.
A washer and dryer was in our unit, which is great with kids! We also had a fireplace. We couldn't have been happier, and though we'd started out wanting to stay in Sedona, this place more than made us happy. We'd gladly repeat a visit to Fairfield Flagstaff.
