This hotel did not honor our reservations as booked. We reserved a room with 2 doulbe beds as we were traveling with our teenage daughters. When we checked in we were provided a room with one bed. The hotel clerk refused to help us, stating that no rooms were available. My husband emailed the manager, who has yet to respond. We did not accept the room, no refund was given and an additional $*was charged to our credit card. If you stay here, be ready for the worst customer sevice, (the desk was understaffed), and uninvolved/uncaring/unavailable management.
