The elevators are slower then ever, the floor is awful and not clean, we would be gone all day and always when we would get back the maid would still be cleaning our room, and she was across the hall when we left and we were gone for at least 7 hours, the cork in the tub was broken and the door knob and also the show head, there was a pee stain in our beadding. The people at the desk were quite friendly. They had a great staff at the front desk and a great selection of broceres. The breakfast isn't the best, with the coupons they make you pay tax and almost $10 of gratuity. Overall, it wasn't worth the $* and for about $* bucks we could have been in the Renissance which is right by this mall with great shopping and dinning. Recomending The Renissance. If you go here don't expect anything close to home. OH, and it isn't even right by the Hollywood Walk of fame. Most of the staff doesn't speak english so... it was very hard for us to communicate.
Overall ok

Room is clean and tidy. Walking distance to Kodak Theatre (15 min). Free shuttle to Universal Studio. Price of buffet breakfast is expensive. Swimming pool is simple but clean, gym room is very small. Overall ok for the price I paid.
It's alright...

The location is great (just up from Hollywood/Highland intersection), but the staff needs work. Called three times to get extra towels over a 24 hour period. Only when we spoke with manager did anything happen. All in all, a nice place for the money.

Didn't spend much time in the hotel, once we could actually find a way into the parking lot. Parking fee was kind of a hidden cost, and room had pieces of carpet missing as well as shower liner. Was there for our honeymoon, but really didn't live up to expectations.
