This was a great resort. It is beautiful and the employees are friendly/great. The pools and waterpark were great for our kids, and they had lots of activities for the kids to do. There was always some form of entertainment, and the night shows were very entertaining. The only drawback was the food was not the best. We enjoyed breakfast, but were not real impressed with the food for lunch and dinner. I would highly suggest this resort for families...we will definitely go back again!

This hotel was the best. Greeted by hotel staff with a tropical drink and easy check-in. Food, great food everywhere. All staff great you by name after initial introduction and encourged you to relax and have fun. My stress from work just disappeared and my husband andI even had time for quality romance. The staff advised shopping onsite or in town. Met a lot a friends from all over the world, who I still keep in contact. My new friends and myself (along with my husband) are planning on returning in January. Staff was even great with check-out. Luggage was picked up on time and the continetal breakfast was nice. We didn't want to leave.

We loved every bit of this vacation. It was relaxing and fun all the time. The food choices were different every day that we were there and the speciality restaurants were superior. We felt the staff was always helpful and genuine in wanting us to have a great experience. The only downside was sometimes getting a bartenders attention to get a drink. There was no rhyme or reason as to who got served and who waited for a long period. The activitiy staff made everything fun and I have picky teenagers. They loved this vacation!

The vacation was great. Wish it had been longer. Staff went out of their way to help us arrange transportation, meals, etc (and this was before tipping). Never worried about safety at the resort. Didn't find the drinks watered down and the food was great, different choices each meal in the buffet and the alacart meal was exquisite. Plan on going back soon.
Very Disappointing

After finally getting to the hotel, at least 70 minutes travel time, we were thrilled to drive up to a beautiful lobby with marble and fountains. It was down hill from there. None of the advertised kids activities for ages 9-12; plentiful but poor buffet food; awful restaurants (we couldn't get into the steak place but heard it was good); lack of cleaning the rooms even when you tip or complain; watered down drinks in tiny cups at the bars; disgruntled staff. However, if it is the day they hand out the surveys you can count on prompt service, smiling faces and a very accomodating staff. No wifi in the rooms, or the lobbies; have to go the the convention center for fee based wifi.
One hotel of five totally 5000 rooms pretty much sharing facilities. Pools are beautiful, fitness is fine but litterally an outdoor room, beach has very soft sand but watch out for the concrete under the sand.
