A GREAT girls weekend! We self- parked and the staff came to our car to help us! Quite literally...white glove treatment, with all the warmth and fabulous amenities a hotel could offer. Complimentary shuttle service...no wait... Rooms? Fabulous! View was Spectacular! Room service was prompt, but food had a 'refrigerator' taste. Pool a bit small for such a large resort, but beautiful...No WARNING signs posted on fences NOT TO DIVE in the 3-5 foot deep pool. Swimmers BEWARE!Some staff a bit 'snippy'.. We will absolutely go back with AND without the kids!

We stayed in a "Cottage Deluxe". Quality of room is excellent. Cottage is one bedroom suite. Queen sleeper sofa very comfortable for our 12-yr old; they put a down featherbed with silky sheets. Beautiful view of mtns. LifeFitness equipment in workout room. Shuttle service to/from ski areas much improved. Response time excellent, usually 5 minutes. Ordered room service and the food was excellent. Only qualm was pick up on room service plates was slow. Concierge did not pass on message to next person about dinner reservations on first night but was very good after that.
