The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and the beds are excellent. Best we have ever slept in. Warm cookies in the afternoon and a good breakfast with hot items. A little difficult turning left out of the parking lot if it is a busy time of day. We stay there whenever we go visit out children.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and plan to stay more. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and good. They serve cookies and coffee in the afternoon. The bed is excellent, the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The room is very clean and the extras in the bathroom are nice. I would recommend this very highly. The only problem with our last stay was the mini-fridge wasn't cooling but it wasn't an issue for us. The best prices are the internet only prices; however, you can't cancel if you make the reservation on the internet. They sometimes require a minimum three-night stay which hasn't happened when we were there. This is the closest hotel to Lake Houston and is in Atascocita. It's about 10 minutes from Kingwood and depending on the traffic about 20 minutes from Highway 59.

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Our daughter-in-law had dropped off and basket of goodies at the front desk for us and the staff presented us with it at check in that afternoon. The breakfast is an added value to the hotel. Its just enough to get you started on your day. The offer of warm cookies at night is a nice touch too. We will be staying here in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this Best Western!! The hotel had a courteous staff eager to help guests. We were happy with this hotel, very beautiful, clean & comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!
