Not the cleanest place around

I was disappointed with the hotel service, particularly the maid service. We stayed 4 days and did not receive clean bath towels during our entire stay. The towels on the floor were picked up and hung over the shower rod to be re-used every day. The bathroom floor was sticky and not wiped at all while we were there. It was just icky.

Very friendly front desk and pool bar staff... fantastic pool... within walking distance to huge mall and many great restaurants... Rooms were clean and nicely appointed (carpet was ugly, but not a big deal!) Complimentary cookies, iced tea and mimosas were served in the lobby... A wonderful place to stay if you're looking to relax and unwind...

I travel to Boca on business several times a month. I stayed at the Renaissance this time in one of their newly renovated rooms! The rooms look great and their service was superior to most. Friendly front desk. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Great! Friendly staff. My new Home away from Home! I will stay there time and time again.

Quaint, upscale hotel in the middle of so much shopping, dining, and entertainemnt. Outdoor pool pavillion is a total resort feel, I felt like I was on a island.

This little neat hotel in Boca was very upscale, with a pretty good price. The pool area is the nicest in the area, with a resort feel to it. I saw the new rooms that are ready next week, and they are very cool. This hotel is really what a Renaissance Hotel is about. Staff were good too!
