Do Not Stay Here

I travel 75% of the year and thus I require a clean place to stay and believe that the service staff should keep the room clean and replace the consumables such as soap, towels, cups, coffee, and ice bags; if you believe these things do not stay here. I have stayed at this hotel due to the proximity for around 100 days in the last 180 days. Even after being presented rooms with massive amounts of dog hair, smelling like pee, refusing rooms for being completely unmade, un-vacuumed, empty beer cans in the room, unclean toilets, and complaining the whole time with 4 un-answered calls to the general manager who claims "If you cant say you are "Very Satisfied" with your stay at our hotel, please call me 24/7 at 570-814-301X" (Mark Kislin) Day two of this stay all the soap was missing with no replacement soap and no cups. I went and complained to the night manager who apologized (they are good at that) and recommended that I talk to the morning manager so took my replacement soap and cups and talked to the morning manager first thing the next day. She assured me that the cleaning staff would be corrected especially due to my history with this hotel and my past poor experiences. When I came back from from work I found a absurd amount of soap, which I took as a here you go effort, but again no cups and no floor towel so I complained again (It astonished me how I would have extra cups but they were removed) as I picked up some cups. The next day when I came back from work I removed the comforter and found a 6" circular blue stain in the middle of the Bed, NO EXCUSES

Great experience!

We stayed only for one night. Arrived at midnight and walked out onto what we thought was an outdoor balcony - it was the indoor courtyard. My 5 Yr old and 18 yr old thought it was the coolest thing! Since we were leaving the next day, we did not get to enjoy the hotel. We did have breakfast and it was great. The security people were awesome - there were 250 middle school students on a class trip all around us and you would never know it! We are planning a vacation to PA in August and have already booked the same room - for 4 nights this time! We are looking forward to coming back!
