very pleased with speedy check-in and check-out. need better service with morning sunday buffet no dishes and hot food running out and needing to ask to replace all breads that were gone.Seemed like alot staff but not paying attention to buffet busy talking to each other.

I stayed in this hotel for an event at its convention center. Everything about the stay was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. Room service and employees were excellent. Very Close to the zoo. Beautiful hotel-needs air cond. improvement.

We had a great stay! With 2 boys, parents had room and so did they! The boys really enjoyed the morning breakfasts; the service was excellent from all of the hotel staff. Embassy Suites is definitely a good choice for a family of four who don't like to be jammed up in one room like sardines. The king sized bed...Heaven!
