Not worth the price!

Check-in staff very nice, check-out staff poor. The girl couldn't explain my bill and I needed a manager to clear things up. My hotel room was small, and fairly clean. The bathroom was clean but the finger print smudges on the sliding glass doors were gross. The lock on the sliding door was rusted/corroded and broke, so you couldn't lock it. They did install a bar to secure the door, though. The beds were comfortable, but being on the main street the sirens woke me up at night and well, that was that, I couldn't go back to sleep. The food from the restaurant was ok at best. One thing to watch for is the tip is included in the bill, but the server didn't give me an itemized receipt, only the receipt where you could add a tip. If you didn't pay attention to your bill, you'd double tip the server. Who by the way, was no where to be found. So I asked another server for the other receipt and sure enough, a tip was automatically added. No valet service, and you carry your own luggage to your rooms. I won't stay here again.

Great downtown location, convenient to government center and many downtown businesses. After work, it's a short walk to the Bayside complex, which features many touristy restaurants, or across the drawbridge to nearby Brickell-area establishments, such as famous Tobacco Road bar. Safe area w/ People Mover stop at Hyatt next door.

Property itself is satisfactory. Wifi only in the lobby, no free coffee or tea, and lower rooms are noisy from street traffic. Sometimes can hear noise from adjacent rooms. But the rooms are spacious, and the parking is convenient and not a major rip-off at $15 per day.

What a great deal. Best hotel in downtown Miami. We stayed before a cruise and the location is excellent. Staff are very helpful and hotel is in great condition. We could see our ship from our balcony

Had a great time in Miami. Down for a business/vacation and spent it at this hotel. Very friendly people and awesome aquarium in the lobby. All in all a great stay
