We held a conference here for work and the hotel was absolutely lovely. The food was good, the meeting rooms very nice, the service excellent. We did have a little over booking issue with the hotel because our meeting crossed over with another and they were completely out of rooms forcing us to send our meeting planner to stay at her own home. I had an upgraded room and it was very large and luxurious. The bathroom had a large tub and glass shower. The guestrooms each have an electric shoe buffer! The location is very nice, you can walk to Michigan Ave. for shopping or to State Street. It would be an absolutely beautiful, but expensive place for a wedding or corporate gathering.
