I complained that the t.v. volumn didn't work, but nothing was fixed. After showing up at the front desk with the shower head in my hand, the front desk woman simply wanted to know my room number, and informed me it would be put on the list to be fixed. She said nothing about whether I needed another room so I could finish my shower, or showed any type of concern. The business class section was on the fourth floor and I needed a key each time I wanted to get to my floor. I had to go to the desk twice to get new keys since the elevator apparently removed the identity of the card ( according to the front desk person). For the money I spent, I could have driven my motor home and still saved money. At least my t.v. and shower worked. I did like the location which was close to the airport. I had to pick up another person and that was good.

Everything was very nice except breakfast.Arrived 20 mins before posting closing and they were already out of most things and started to clean up 15 mins before closing.

I frequently travel in and out of SLC on business, often staying at the Comfort Inn since it provides free shuttle service to the airport. I just want to say they have a great staff and the free breakfast and manager?s reception are nice. However, what I really appreciate is the exercise room and outdoor pool. When you travel as much as I do, it is so nice to be able to get some exercise prior to hitting the road. Thank you.

On my way to visit my aunt in southern Idaho, I stayed at this hotel. What a remarkably clean hotel! It also seemed as if the inside had recently been renovated. The hotel's environment is cozy and great for a good night sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying overnight in Salt Lake City. I know I will return the next time I am in the area!
