We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree-Berkeley Marina. Our room had a view of the marina, the staff was very helpful, got late night milk from restaurant no charge, and location near Oakland & San Francisco was great.

Had a very nice time would return, front desk was very helpful, TV burned out in room and smelled real bad front desk arrange to have used moved in minutes and well kept up by staff

The only real complaint I have is about the service. I stayed at the hotel to attend a conference being given at the hotel and they were way under staffed to handle the hotel guests and conference attendees. Service in the dining rooms was especially poor as I waited almost 30 minutes before a server came to our table for dinner on evening and was rarely served in a timely manner for every other meal I had at the hotel.

I love going to the Doubletree Hotel located right ont he marina in Bereley. It is a gorgeous hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Though the property looks a bit rundown the area is lovely, peaceful and met my needs for a sense of safety and security. Was close to uc berkeley which was also one of my requirements.
