Room was nice, BUT...

The room was clean, big, quiet and decently priced. So long as I was in my room, this hotel was a great value.
HOWEVER...
There seemed to be people that just hung out in the lobby all day, including one very crude man with whom I had the unfortunate opportunity to ride up in the slow, dark sketchy elevator. I'm pretty sure there are people living here, as I saw some old christmas and valentines decorations hanging in the windows of a few of the rooms. I don't think I would have felt safe parking my car here, but fortunately I had a rental and left no personal belongings in it over night.
The staff were pretty friendly, but they tried to charge me for two rooms even though I clearly only reserved online.
Oh, and there is wi-fi in the rooms, although it kind of fades in and out, and is pretty slow (a minor complaint, I know, but I thought it was worth mentioning).
If you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your hotel and a few shady characters don't really bother you, then this hotel is a great price. If you are a woman, traveling alone, then I would definitely stay far, far away.
