Great value! You get a very nice continential breakfast, and a reception every evening with an open bar, and awesome italian appetizers. Beds are very soft, and linens are comfortable. The only downfall is the front desk. They need to be a little more cheerful. I would not reccomend small kids at this hotel though. There is no pool, and some guest might be annoyed by little guys running around.

I'd been warned about small rooms in Chicago--not the case here. Very comfy & soundproof! Aveda bath products, evening reception & yummy breakfast pastries/fruit/coffee & juice. We got WAY more than we could have hoped for--like surprise turndown service w/robes & slippers :)

Location convenient. Rooms nice. Large bathrooms. The front desk clerk couldn't manage eye contact or a smile for 3 days. Desk failed to give us an honor bar key? The doorman was very warm and friendly - a welcome sight returning to the hotel tired. That warm feeling lasted about 10 steps until we passed the cold desk. Super bed. Magazines and cd's in the room made us feel at home. The room was beautiful. The bathroom amenities impressed me enough to notice how much I enjoyed them. The hotel manager needs to get the front desk on the program. Overall satisfying. I will stay here again.
