I loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and personable. It is a small hotel so its was very low key but being small makes issues with trying to get an extra pillow at 3am. The breakfast on every floor was great and very convenient. Overall our stay was awesome and I will stay there again as soon as possible.

I actually took my trip in 2005. But I could not use that as an option. My best friend and I went to chicago to get away for a week. We had the best time. Everything is in walking distance to the Amalfi. The staff was great, and very helpful. The comp breakfast was very nice, and there was plenty of food to choose from. The cocktail hour was nice, we got to meet some really nice people and overall had a great time. I loved it so much, I have talked my wife into staying there while we are there for the kitchn and bath show in april. I cant wait.

We have stayed in Chicago many times at the Ritz, Sheraton, Embassy Suites but this was the absolute best location for everything we wanted to do in walking distance. We had a ball! Our little dog loved it and received a goody bag & toy at check in. The staff was wonderful to us and our pet and we wil definitely stay here the next time we go to Chicago - which might be in a few weeks because they made it so pleasurable!
