Cosy yet luxurious hotel in downtown Chicago within a few blocks of most top eateries. Delicious continental breakfast served on each floor every morning - incredibly convenient - just slip out in your robe and back to the room! Wonderful service - friendly, welcoming, pampering. Enjoyed a fantastic in-room massage - not to be missed.

Loved the hotel, felt more like having a doorman in an apartment building. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. You can walk to so many points of interest - a great walk around map would be helpful. Didn't discover Millenium Park til last afternoon.

Great value! You get a very nice continential breakfast, and a reception every evening with an open bar, and awesome italian appetizers. Beds are very soft, and linens are comfortable. The only downfall is the front desk. They need to be a little more cheerful. I would not reccomend small kids at this hotel though. There is no pool, and some guest might be annoyed by little guys running around.

I'd been warned about small rooms in Chicago--not the case here. Very comfy & soundproof! Aveda bath products, evening reception & yummy breakfast pastries/fruit/coffee & juice. We got WAY more than we could have hoped for--like surprise turndown service w/robes & slippers :)

Excellent hotel in a great location. By itself this could be consider a "destination."
