Received free upgrade from king classic to junior suite. Reception staff very friendly and gracious. Staff was flexible about departure time. Good location. Wish that parking was less expensive.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel, with friendly staff. We really like the location, did not need a car because the metro was within walking distance and taxis were also available.

I enjoyed the hotel and the location. Boston is quite walkable so it was easy to see the city with this as home base.
