OK, so the hotel is old (1970's?). It is in a college town. My hopes were not high going in. Every piece of furniture had been broken and screwed/glued back together. The worst part was that the staff had given up caring a long time ago.

I enjoy staying at this hotel because of the closeness to the place I need to be at and for the hot breakfast.

My room was adequate.. No real complaints.. Staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well during my stay there.
