Dissappointed

I stayed here on September 17, 2008 and although I had a reservation for two nights I ended up with the reservation being cancelled when I arrived at 6:20 PM. I realize that there is a 6:00 PM cancellation on reservations without confirmation by credit card, I had booked from my cell phone and was reluctant to give my credit card number. I had stayed at this hotel many times and they must have had some record of that. I did get a room for one night at a rediculous rate and the staff were not very helpful. I was dissappointed as I had always had good service here.
