WOW - Very Impressed

We arrived to Chicago at 8:30 AM and went to the hotel. The room was not ready, but they held our bags and called us at 11:45 to let us check in (way before 3). So nice and professional. Our bags were out of the cab b4 we even paid the driver. If in Chicago STAY HERE!

Our recent stay at the Sofitel was excellent . It is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. We thought the decor and great and rooms very clean.

Just stayed there 2/3/07. Was looking for a fun, contemporary hotel and it didn't deliver. The lobby was nice, and the rooms were mostly clean, but it really wasn't special. Service time was slow for room requests, found empty waterbottles under the chair, and the alarm was set for 7:30 am, which we of course didn't find out until it was 7 am.

The Quilt on the bed was great and the view was beautiful. Very nice staff.GO BEARS!!!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in hands down! The bed was something out of a dream I actually took the catalog and purchased the same bed..pillows and all. The service was wonderful there were 3 people for every task needed.
