Be wary of check-out

Although we loved the hotel, the location and the good price, upon checking out, we found that they had totally different personnel, who had no record of our huge advance payments, nor of dining pre-payment for our business dinner.
Concierge was excellent, helpful and very friendly. But we had to check-out without settling our account because no records were found, and I had to go through 3 managers for someone to finally find the transaction. All 3 of the top personnel I had worked through were on holiday, and the replacements were clueless...and not very understanding or courteous. A disappointing stay, on the verge of cratering our entire trip because of their poor record-keeping.

At first, I was hesitant to stay in a hotel away from all of the excitement, but I can honestly say that every time I go back to Paris, this is where I stay. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and you?re not bumping into your roommate while getting dressed. The staff is friendly and professional at all times. The location of the hotel is also excellent so you'll be very safe leaving the hotel and going out on your own, since everything is in walking distance to everything. The hotel is across the street from the Louve Museum and convenient to other great restaurants and places of interest.
You get a lot a bang for your buck at the Regina Hotel and I urge more visitor's to stay at this little gem in the city of lights.

A wonderful place if you are going to be visiting museums, etc. Concierge was not much help. Expected hotel to acknowledge our honeymoon but they did not. Absolutely great hot buffet breakfast every morning. Staff in dining room very professional. Rooms large for European hotels. Had a view of Eiffel tower if you leaned out of the window. Very classy old world appearance.

The room we had was large with a gret view of the Tuillerie gardens, across street form Louvre
