Great Location and Hotel to stay in historical Puebla!

We found the perfect spot to stay while in Puebla! Initially, we were afraid of going to Mexico, but as soon as we got to the Hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful that they made us feel at home and our fear was gone.
The hotel was a combination of colonial style in the atrium and meeting rooms, while the guest rooms were somewhat modern style; at least ours was. Even though the hotel was mid size, it gave me the feeling of a small, cozy hotel due to quick response from staff and it also had a warm and friendly atmosphere.
We had a great time visiting various sites, but it was good to come back at the end of a long day to a clean room. Probably not of significance to others, but the sheets smelled nice and clean. Staff were very prompt in their service, assistance or reply to us.
The staff in the dinning hall were polite, friendly, and gracious. It was a pleasure to eat our breakfast there and start our day with the employees' smiling faces, and the food was delicious.
We were amazed as to how many sites such as churches, museums, markets,eateries, main square, and a couple of malls, were all within walking distance. Staff would quickly get taxi cabs for us when needed for the African Safari and the Cholula ruins.
From what I could tell, the staff aimed to please all customers. We were very satisfied with the service and the hotel overall. We were appreciative of their attention towards us.
