the rooms were not clean, infested with bugs. the rooms were outside rooms. we didn't receive any assistence from anyone. Ourstay was in 9/2010 unhappy from Monroe, NY

The hotel was cool, they had a lot of amenities, the tiki dinner was a rip-off, but the area around had EVERYTHING for everyone and it was cost effective. My husband and I will go back and this time we will even bring our daughter!

we stayed for 2 nights in August. Customer service was great, room was adequate and right for the price. The hotel is not on the water but you can pay more for hotels that are. Within walking distance to the town. Would stay again.
