I wouldn't recommend. Management handled my situation completely unprofessionally!

As a diamond member I was pleased as a guest upon my deparure. Afterwards, I realized that I left a sports top at the hotel. When I called about it, the staff could not find it. I spoke to Valerie, a manager at the hotel stating that I was displeased of their inability to find the item. She stated that she has faith in her staff and stood firm on this decision. I didn't ask for any restitiion as this point as I knew I wouldn't get anywhere. I asked for the General Manager to call me. I never received a return call. I even wrote to the Hampton Inn and never received a response. As a frequent business traveler, I have left items behind before and most liekly the staff is able to find them. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

A Pleasurable Stay

We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly young lady, eager to make us welcome. The rooms were beautiful and roomy, the beds were remarkably comfortable and, of course, clean. The TV was modern and sleek and when I called the front desk with a question about it I was courteously instructed. There was plenty of room in the bathroom for toiletries, etc., with shelves below the sink, furnished with an ample supply of towels. There was an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker with bags of coffee. The lobby was large with many tables, enabling us to play cards and games. The free breakfast was generous with cereals, fruit, juice, scrambled eggs, french toast, bagels, muffins, danish, and other breakfast selections. Coffee was always available. My only complaint: Some of us are short and the sinks in the bathrooms were unusualy high, even my taller friends commented on that! Perhaps the 2 shelves uder the sink were not really necessary, and the sinks could be lower. Except for that, everything was perfect! I am looking forward to staying there again and, of course, to look for a Hampton Inn whenever I travel, and I do that a lot!
