I spent hours on Travel agency reading hotel reviews before selecting the Sheraton Palace in Moscow. One review mentioned that Andre, the concierge, was so helpful that he made the trip extremely enjoyable for them. I wrote to x before booking the Sheraton. We corresponded through several emails and he provided me with many answers about Moscow, venues, transportation, fees, expenses, etc. We also trusted the photos that Travel agency provided about the room before we decided to book the Sheraton Palace. We were not disappointed. x welcomed us with open arms, the room was gorgeous, the bathroom impeccable with lots of amenities and the staff was warm and gracious. We did not eat at the Sheraton so we cannot provide a rating on the restaurants. However, our room and the hotels accommodations were four star for sure.
