4 Day Stay

My wife and I and our three kids stayed here for four days. Everything was perfect. A crib for our baby was waiting in the room when we arrived. Any special request we needed for our childred were promptly addressed. The staff was very friendly. The only problem we had here was the rudeness of some of the guests. A man pushed my son aside so he could get to the FREE food. This man also drove away in a NEW Corvette.

My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.

OK but nothing special

This hotel is 1.5 miles from downtown Asheville but a little hard to find. Room was fairly clean though strong smell of detergent in room did not make it feel like a true "non smoking". Plumbing (toilet) seems old, needs maintenance/improvement, hotel is stingy with toiletries (two tiny soaps).

"Nice hotel, amenities couldn't handle guests"

We really like Country Inn and Suites. This one was no different. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our only disappointment was that amenities didn't seem to be capable of handling the number of guests actually staying at the hotel. The tiny indoor pool was jam packed even at 11:00pm. The breakfast room was standing room only and there was no coffee in the lobby. The parking lot also seemed overwhelmed. It may just be that Easter weekend is a very busy weekend. So, if you are planning a trip during peak season you may want to think twice before choosing this hotel.

Great place to stay

My family went up for a 3 day week-end to see Biltmore House. This is a great place to stay, the rooms were clean, the hotel is new and the breakfast was great. Tehy gave good directions to Biltmore House the back way - less traffic. Highly recommend!
