DON'T STAY HERE

All of the front desk people are rude and unhelpful. The pop machines didn't work. The maids stole my CD player, but somehow managed to return the CD, but only when I called to inquire about it. Very sketchy! DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

This hotel is great for access to the reno airport...I turned in my rental car on saturday night and walked across the street to the hotel and stayed overnight until my prompt wake-up call for an early a.M. Flight...We arrived about 2:00 p.M. On saturday and were allowed to check in even though we were quite early...Very friendly staff, clean hotel, convenient location...Wish all hotel experiences were as good this best western in reno at the airport!*!

I took a room on the first floor with a king bed, other than the couple of stains that I noticed in the carpet; I would say the room was clean. The room was wired for an Ethernet connection, but I used the wireless for my laptop. Connection was slow, but connection was never lost. The best part was the restaurant that is located in the hotel; standard American cuisine, the food and service were excellent. There is also a small gift shop check it out. If you are looking for value for your dollar, put this one on your list.

Terrific location for early morning departures from the airport. 24 hour shuttle service is fast and very courteous - just give them 10 minutes advance notice and they are ready to take you. Very quiet halls and rooms. Nice touch is the coffee shop/kiosk in the lobby serving lattes or au laits in the morning.

Fantastic experience! We got to check in early, which is always a plus. The room was good size and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food on site was SUPER, well prepared and alot of it. A good choice.
