booked business meeting at hotel. Had to be moved several times due to no ac in rooms were working. Bartender horrible thinks he owns the bar very rude to new guest only takes care of regulars. Meeitng space hot and my contact left had to deal with new person who was rude and wanted me to pick food that worked for her. Spoke to management and he did not care told me to get over myself. Will never use this proprety again.

the red headed lady that checked us in was professional... but very cold and unwelcoming. the bell hop man was very nice. the rooms are ok. i would not stay here again unless i was short on cash.

Restaurant staff still needs improvement. Mainly understaffed. Frontline chef didn't show for up for breakfast. Backline chef cooked the buffet which was fine. The lobby is very nice as well as the rooms. High speed internet was really great. Very clean hotel.

Upon my arrival at this hotel, i was a bit dissapointed as the website pics make this hotel look very large when in fact, the hotel was much smaller. After a day/night at the hotel, i thought more positively about it as it was not a loud place. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis which was great. My questions regarding activities in the area were also answered by the hotel staff. It was a nice place to be at. I thought that the buffet was a bit pricey though and would not recommend spending that much as the rooms were already pricey.

The customer service needs work, especially from the restaurtant/bar area. You made them feel as though you were putting them out by being there. Room services was very expensive for not so good value.
