OKAY

You get what you pay for. If you're looking for an inexpensive room with no frills and on the strip, this is the place. Beds were hard. Bathroom was very small. Limited parking in front which means a good hike from the rear parking lot which is 3 levels down. People slamming doors early in the morning. We had a room close to the lobby which was a disaster. Tour busses dropping off or picking up people caused enormous noise problems.

Wonderful Stay

Conveniently located on the strip. Very accommodating to get our rooms together. Breakfast was very good with eggs & yogurt in addition to the usual rolls and cereal. Beds were very comfortable with 4 pillows on each bed ( 2 firm & 2 soft). That was a real plus. I would have preferred a heavier blanket though instead of the light throw blanket. Beds did not have beadspreads either. Poolside rooms are excellent for enjoying the sun. Bathrooms were roomy. People were all so very friendly and pleasant. Would love to visit again.

Because I stayed at this location with an "employee rate" I feel strange writing a review but I feel that my stays at this hotel (this is my 2nd stay at this location) were so bad that I must comment. This time I stayed in room 100 and it was infested with roly poly's and silver fish. The door and the door frame did not meet each other so that there was about an inch gap where I could look into the hall from my room. The shower water fluctuated from scalding hot to cool about every three minutes and we could never get a decent shower. The mattress sagged in the middle to the point where it was almost more comfortable to forget about sleep and just sit up all night. The heating/cooling unit in the room was horrible. It made the noisiest sounds and smelled like something died. It was 34 degrees outside and we chose to just turn it off, it was that bad. This is our second stay here, and I wasn't able to book at a different Express or I would have-- based on the first time around at this location. Unfortunately, we left a day early just so we could get away from this whole experience. Supposedly this hotel is recently renovated--WHERE? The only good thing I have to say about this place is the employees are all very nice and helpful. The breakfast attendants are great, and the front desk is very helpful. I even ran into maintenance in our hallway and spoke to him for a while and he was very informative about road directions, etc. I've never commented online before, and I do work in hotels, but I think I'm justified in letting others know my experience here.

Room Care

It was so warm & humid and the air conditioning wasn't efficient enough - the carpets, sheets etc felt almost wet. We stayed 3 days and had to ask to have our room picked up and for more clean towels.
