I stayed here since our company is up the street. They had terrible internet service I constantly was getting booted off, the water pressure in the shower was less then acceptable and the walls were so thin you could hear evertime the neighboring room was doing something. THe hotel was overpriced for the service and room you get

Was not able to get the room that I wanted, but the people were nice and the room was comfortable. This was a good place for us to stay on a busy trip.

1. Carpets were worn and dirty--several rooms had stains on the carpet. 2. Bathrooms were very small difficult for more that one person to get ready at a time. 3. Beds are full--told that they only have full and king size beds. 4. Staff was rude and impatient. 5. Swimming pool was cold and there were never any towels at poolside when we went swimming. 6. A family member odered champagne and strawberries for the newlywed couple--they were delivered to my room(I am the sister of the groom) and left outside the door on the floor.
Dissapointing Stay

We recently stayed at the Concord Hilton for my brother's wedding. The experience was such a let down for all the hype the Hilton has for being a swanky place to stay. Since this was a weddding party I was able to see several rooms so some of the comments are in regards to several rooms.
1. Carpets were worn and dirty--several rooms had stains on the carpet.
2. Bathrooms were very small difficult for more that one person to get ready at a time.
3. Beds are full--told that they only have full and king size beds.
4. Staff was rude and impatient. When we were getting ready to check out we used the luggage cart to take everything down in one trip. Bellhop continually badgered us until we unloaded the cart. Told that we were not allowing him to do his job, that we were using "his" tool, he had other people that he had to take care of and we were preventing him from doing that. I asked him if the Hilton only had one luggage care--he just stared and me and said that we needed to hurry. I thought we were guests also.................?
5. Swimming pool was cold and there were never any towels at poolside when we went swimming.
6. A family member odered champagne and strawberries for the newlywed couple--they were delivered to my room(I am the sister of the groom) and left outside the door on the floor.
7. My mother called the front desk in the morning and asked to be connected with my brother's room(she could not remember the honeymoon suite number). She was told by the front desk that there was not anyone by that name registered. She explained that the couple was in the honeymoon suite--desk clerk was insistent that my mom was incorrect.

Very nice hotel, and very reasonably priced. Free parking is a definite plus. Only negatve is there was a wedding downstairs, and we heard the music for most of the night.
