Hotel desk staff was excellent! Shuttle driver courteous and very helpful. Internet access in the lobby very free and they had a printer . Free breakfast was very plentiful and quite adequate. My family was leaving on a cruise ship and stayed at the hotel for a few days prior. The staff went out of there way to be helpful and tell us how to get around Seattle easily without a car. They scheduled a driver to take us to the Cruise ship on Sunday. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are not large but it was a clean place to rest and convenient to bus lines and a few restaurants. A great value for the money.

Courteous and attentive desk staff. Newspaper and huge breakfast every morning. Well-furnished and maintained rooms. Great luxury for the price! Hotel shuttle goes anywhere within a mile - could extend this range a bit.

Pulled out desk chair to find somebody's jeans on seat. Forced to listen to hours of the drag racing channel through the room connecting door instead of sleep. No hot water. Shuttle driver surfed internet for 15 minutes on lobby computer while we waited then left without us. All this for $$. Would have had a better night by sleeping in the rental car.
