Our room was a Bay View. It was the BEST EVER watching the boats. It was Really Beautifull at sunset. The only problem we had was the maid took out the used towels/washcloths/hand towels and forgot to bring NEW ones in. One call to the desk and this was fixed. Over all a Very Good and Relaxing Stay. THANK YOU

Requested Non-smoking room. Room they gave us smelled like a carton of cigarettes was just smoked. When we complained about it, the front desk offered us a can of Lysol Spray. We threatened to leave, and they moved us to another room. This room was a utility closet, with a bed. It was sandwiched between the elevators and the hotels massive Air conditioning units. The view from our balcony was the rear of the air conditioning units, the facade wall to block the view of the air conditioning units from the parking lots, and a rooftop covered in cigarette butts and trash. All night long, we put up with the sound of the elevators and the constant rumbling of the A/C units, which sounded like a Semi Truck idling through the room. We complained, and Hilton's apology to us, was to refund the $26.00 parking fee they charged us. Avoid this hotel !!!!! They do not care about their guests. This was probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel in all of my 50 years.

For $300 a night, this hotel is WAY overpriced. The A/C is too loud; neighbors noise comes through walls; bath towels are large, but rough; bathroom is not lush, just a bathroom; of 4 elevators, only 1 seemed to be operating; charge for internet and for newspapers (check the small print); only 1 person at front desk with several couples checking in or checking out. I won't go back.

great view! great food! excellent service! close to everything, beaches, zoo, sea world. would highly recommend.

Hotel was great, but for the price, internet should be included.
