My stay at the hilton-san diego was great, the bed was comfortable, the room was nice with a great view. The hotel was clean. The only thing I was
dissatisfied with was the personnel in check in, I felt they could have been a little more friendlier and gracious, especially it being our first time.
we ordered room service and the gentleman who brought it to us was gracious. Otherwise my experience was great and hope that when my family does return to visit that the check in desk personnel will be much gracious.

We stayed at the Hilton Harbor Island. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent view of the Marina. Staff was very courteous at checkin and informative about the resort. Housekeeping was quick and silent while doing an excellent job. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Very good service from the time we walked in. The room was very clean and the staff was on top of your requests.
The location is close enough to the major attractions to make the trip stress free.
We would definatly stay again.
Just be prepared because you will have to pay $17 per day parking which we were unaware of. But the service and hotel was so nice it didnt bother us.

I had a great time staying at the Hilton. Not only I am a small business owner that requires a nice place to sleep. I also need a great location and professionalism to work around an Hilton hotels has it all.

This hotel is located in a beautiful spot and it is very, very convenient to just about everything you would want to do while in San Diego. Even though it is close to the airport, it is not noisy and we were not aware of the many flights taking off and landing while in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us locate places to go and things to do and provided directions for how to get there. We also enjoyed the restaurant located in the hotel and had a wonderful dinner as well as a breakfast there including drinks on the deck looking at all the boats in the harbor. The only complaint i had was that we did not upgrade to a harbor view and therefore were stuck with a balcony overlooking the mechanicals for the hotel. We also booked a handicapped accessible room for my elderly mother and the tub was narrow, did not have anti-skid strips on the bottom nor did they provide us with a non-skid mat. The shower curtain was flimsy and blew into the shower and wrapped around us while we were showering. The hotel asked to come into the room to measure while we were there saying they have plans for renovations. Be careful and check if you go there in the near future that they might be under renovation! Otherwise, i would gladly stay there again, but I would upgrade the room!
