The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I was amazed how quiet the room was with the hotel being right next to freeway. The only negative was the parking stalls were very small, especially if you have a SUV or larger truck.

This was a very nice surprise. I expected the low end of budget and got the high end instead. The staff was wonderful. While adjacent to a hi-way they have clearly added additional sound insulation. No noise whatsoever. I would stay here for a night or a month without any worry.

The Hotel was good the complaint I have is the shuttle bus stopped at 11PM. We arrived at the airport just after 11 and had to get a cab which cost us $15. The other Hotels had shuttles run all night. We fly night flights because it is cheaper so I wouldn;t book this Hotel again.

Excellent experience. Close to public transportation/trolley which was surprisingly easy to use. The trolley stop was a short 10 min walk. Easy to get downtown/gaslamp quarters. Old Town has some great restaurants and neat shopping if you want to stay away from downtown. Rooms quiet despite being next to freeway, rooms clean and very comforatable. Only complaint was poor water pressure in shower. The staff was excellent and helpful. The breakfast was incredible (waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels/toast/breakfast goodies, and juice/tea/coffee. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and quick. I would definately stay here again.

location is great for marine corps graduation, 5 min. away from base entry #5, and old town. be aware though that this hotel is located directly next to the freeway, which is fairly noisy at all times. pool is small, breakfast was good, lots of choices. an older building that needs a little updating.
