Front Desk service and Maintenance were wonderful and very helpful. Hotel is older, needs some TLC but the location was great and the enclosed pool/grassy area great for meeting other dog show people and children to play.

Not quite a "no tell motel," but close

It appears this hotel may have been an old Holiday Inn, picked up by Choice Hotels. IT NEEDS A LOT OF UPDATING. It's simply fair. They have a lounge with a happy hour, but the lounge closes early. They serve breakfast, but I did not participate. The rate I got on the room was well worth it, however, I'd rather spend $20 extra for a nicer hotel in a better location. The doors coming from the stairwells to the rooms do not close all the way. Snuffed out cigarettes in the stairwells near the elevators. A couple local people reminded me to make sure my car was locked. I think there are many better options, but if you're just looking for a place to lay your head, this is it. A Double Tree and Hilton are located directly to the north, while two Marriott hotels are located to the northeast. It's an interesting neighborhood. Go a little south on Industrial and the streets are bordered with strange auto repair facilities, a gentleman's club and "massage" place. Kind of shady.

I PRAY FOR THOSE WHO MUST STAY HERE

At least 30 years out of date - only the updated outside front is shown in photos- worn out prior holiday inn rooms- clean and ok beds and room-very limited small servings free breakfast- front desk and cleaning and laundry staff tries their best and are the only bright spot here- next door is much better - don't bring kids here-shuttle service was discontinued- only consider if this is your only option-make sure your a/c unit is working when you check in-just not a place for families or females traveling alone-very nice front desk and room staff who will fix what they can but they have no say in the restaurant experience-many delivery services deliver food here. But that is it-much different than other properties in their other sister chains. The price is cheap but only recommended for a overnight stay while your rig is being serviced nearby. Lock your door and watch yourself going to the room.

Rebooking right now...

Was close to American Airlines Center where we were attending a Blue Man concert. Hotel had general run down appearance. For family of 4, beds were uncomfortable and small. Hot water in sink did not work. Had difficulty accessing paid movies. Knock knock "housekeeping". Hotel wasn't as pricey as other nearby, fancier hotels but it wasn't cheap. Next time we'll be more selective in our choice or pay more to get better.
