this hotel for one over booked and didnt have the rooms that people wanted in the beginning. the 3rd floor is so smoke smeeling it is disgusting . at least they could use some kind of spray like febreeze or something . the sheets and covers were so smoky smellin and when you dont smoke it is gross . everyone on our floor complainedso i didnt . i htought the customer service was kind of rude . ia ma in customer service myself and if you work where there is people you should be very nice to them .

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night-we went to see a concert at Mohegan. Very friendly staff. Clean Room. Get the Queen Suite room-well worth it! 2 big beds, a nice sitting area near the window, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sink and an island in the center of the room. Lots of lighting and outlets?that was a plus in my book! There is shuttle service to the Casino. The hotel is only 5 minutes from Mohegan so you can drive yourself if you want. I was really impressed and would stay at this hotel again.

I would have to advise against this hotel. They did not give us the suite that we booked 2 months in advance. Instead they stuck us in a small room without the fridge, queen size bed, microwave, and all the other features that we had reserved. The rooms are very small, the tv's only get a couple of channels, and the hotel staff is rude. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was a nightmare. We booked a suite here 2 months in advance, but when we got there, they said no suites were available. So we got stuck in a tiny room with no microwave, fridge, or king size bed (which we also booked 2 months in advance). The receptionists were rude and unresponsive. And the tv's only get a couple of channels, the rest are just static. The only good thing about this hotel is the shuttle which runs to the casino, which was very convenient. But I'm sure there are other hotels in the area with the same feature. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

We had plans to go to Mohegan Sun and wanted to find a place to stay that was affordable. This is the place. 1/6 the price of Mohegan and very close by.
