The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned well and we had fresh towels. The breakfast bar was well stocked. Kid friendly breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed to catch an early flight. Pat from the main desk went above and beyond to download our boarding passes. The breakfast was very good. Thanks Pat You made the start of our vacation a great experience. Being so close to the airport we didn't hear any planes.

After reading the mixed reviews of this hotel, we decided to give it a try for a weekend trip to visit family in RI, what a mistake. The room was absolutely the dirtiest I have ever seen. When I went into the bathroom, someone had written in the mirror and it had never been cleaned. The carpet was so sticky from candy and the room was very damp. Forget sleeping, between the sheets that were way too small and the awful bed, it was a night with no sleep. We were suppose to stay two nights, but left after the first night. We then went to a crowne plaza down the road, what a huge difference! I will take these reviews more seriously in the future.
