reserved a handicap room, not ready when arrived. After one day stay, got stuck in elevator..had to get out on lowerfloor, crawed out of 18" space with my handicapped wife. She got shingles from the experience. won't return!!!

The room was disgusting smelled awful and very soiled, there was no elevator service. There was no one to help me with my bags and there was nothing to make me stay at this hotel. I had to leave immediately because i felt so sick i had to grab a taxi and find a new hotel, in this time i had no way of contacting you.I'm not sure what your policy is but i would appreciate my money back I wasn't going to stay in a disgusting place like, Ramada Hollywood and I wouldn't want anyone to go there.

There was no airport shuttle, so when we arrived with a $25 taxi fee we wanted to relax. The guy at the front desk said no checking in now and then went back to his private conversation. After getting his attention he said to leave the bags and try back again at 2, then ignored us again. When we checked out at 11 someone else was checking in.The room was ok large enough for what we needed but that first impression was no way to start our honeymoon.

This is a nice, clean hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Many eating places within walking distance. The beach is about a 2 mile walk. The hotel rooms face the street so you do get some street noise. The breakfast had one hot item along with the rest of the continental food. Pool appeared clean. No problems for us.
