location was great close to beaches and shopping and resturants. Room decor wasn't the best. bedspreads had holes in them and there were picture hangers on the wall with no picture there. It was run down. the inner rooms around the pool looked the best instead of the outter rooms overlooking the parking lot.

my room was redone with new carpet and paint.bed was nice and firm.dresser,chairs,table need replacing.

For a "basic" hotel the customer service was great and you cant beat the location, it is so close to everything in naples for a great price!!!!

The rooms were okay. The outside lights are by the windows and keep the room lite up at night. Not bad for the price. Good location in Naples
