The front desk clerk was too busy to help us when we first arrived. Then we were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, which made getting the luggage to our room a little difficult. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was sadly understaffed. There was no one at the desk to seat patrons. The waitress tried, but she was overwhelmed. The food was OK, but the breakfast buffat was really good. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail hour in the lounge on Wed. night and thought it was a nice gesture. We will probably not stay there again.

We had a nice one night stay at the Beckley Quality Inn. The room was not fancy, but it was clean and nice. The wireless Internet connection was easy to use. The stay included a free breakfast including eggs, sausage, and bacon. Overall we had a positive impression.

Staff was very friendly. Crib was brought to our room promptly. Beds were newer and very comfortable. Carpet was sticky/wet in some areas. Hot breakfast buffet was great.
Is OK but overpriced

Is Ok, is older, I think it is the old Holiday Inn. Would be a good deal if it was cheaper. Restaurants close by, Starbucks just up road.
