Good Value for $$

We stayed here for about 10 days in Spring while attending a nearby conference. Granted, accommodations were relatively Spartan, but the room was clean and large enough, and the staff friendly and helpful. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

This motel was one of the most exceptional I have ever visited. It was clean and comfortable. The location was outstanding in terms of safety of the neighborhood, and it is close to two good highways and easy to get to. It is close to many excellent restaurants. There is a Good Egg next door, so I could walk and have a decent breakfast (they're by far the best restaurant for omelettes). It's inexpensive, so don't expect it to be fancy. It doesn't have to be; it's silly to pay a lot for a place you will stay only one night (or a few). I especially like the kitchenette, because I could store my leftovers in the refrigerator, and if I wanted to, I could buy food and dine in. I wish more motels at least had a refrigerator. I will make it a point to stay there any time it will be a convenient location for me.

Terrible service. Filthy floors, toilet, sinks and tub. (I had to wear socks to shower, it was so disgusting!!)
Snowbird oriented

This hotel is geared toward the Arizona Snowbirds who want a place for an extended period of time. Not idea for the average tourist or business traveler. Housekeeping is only provided once a week, and not at all for guests who stay less than a full week The room was dated and marginally maintained. Linens and towels were old and thread bare. Floors were not clean in kitchen or bathroom area.
