Excellent for the price

Smokey! Smoke from the restaurant gets into the rooms. Stay away from the kids suites. Requested to be fas ar away from the kitchen as possible. We were given a room on the 6th floor and the smoke coming from the kitchen was awful. The Manager on duty was un-sympethetic and un-caring. Stayed away from the hotel as much as possible. Now, everthing smells like BBQ. Buffet is a Rip-off Kids do not eat for free as advertised. Terrible experience! Go elsewhere.

I had made the reservation for the wrong date and needed to change it to the nest day. It was a change from a Wednesday to a Thursday. I was not abla to change withoutlosing the $100 spent on the first room. The receptionist first said that she was really busy and I would ned to call her back later to get help when I called the first time to try to change. not good customer service. would not go or suggest again.

This was a great location. I searched around for the best reviews and this Holiday Inn had the best price and the best reviews. I would recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone. Everything was great. We rode the shuttle for $3 a day. Bought our Disneyland tickets at the front desk. The rooms were very nice and very quiet. They were very clean and spacious. We also had a refrigerator which was nice. Nice restaurants very close by in driving distance. Shuttle came every 20 - 30 minutes. We plan on staying again when we go back.
