The hotel was immaculate. The rooms were so clean, the carpets smelled new, the bathrooms were super clean and spacious. I loved the microwave and refrigerator in the room. For the price, you can't find a better hotel in the Disney area.

Booked this hotel through Hotwire at $55 a night for a 2 day trip to Disney. This was just about the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. I wore socks in the room, and they never showed any dirt at all! Beds were a little hard for my taste, but my adult daughters had no complaints. Loved the lightweight down comforter! Shuttle was $6 per person for two-day unlimited pass, and ran every 20 minutes, though we rarely waited more than 10. Nice fridge in room. Only drawback was no continental breakfast available, but I can't complain, given the price. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for two nights to visit Disneyland (which was unusually crowded for a Friday). Front staff was friendly, lobby was well organized, and the rooms were clean. The facilities were nice. We asked for an extra blanket and it was sent up in about 15 minutes. The were some annoying cons however. There is no free continental breakfast. I was aware of this before I booked the room, but still it would have been nice. I thought that kids ate free at Holiday Inn's, which was not the case at this hotel. And the biggest gripe is that there is no complimentary shuttle to Disneyland. This cost $6 per person which was $24 for my family. So I liked the hotel, but felt I paid more than I got; $70 per night.

our family trip at holiday inn had been a wonderful experience. We had 2 double bed non-smoking room and overall the room is very clean, the beds are comfortable and what we love the most is the huge bathroom and also very clean and nice. Carpet is clean and got vacuumed everyday. we will stay here again in our next trip. The staff is courteous and helpful.

We have stayed here for 6 nights. It is very close to Disney and Knott Berry. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice, too bad it was closed one day. Staff were nice. The small shop had little things but sufficient. Only travelling from/to area around Hollywood or Venice we had too many traffic, took us about 1,5 hour to get there. We didn't have to pay for our daughter at the restaurant next to the hotel. The room was decent and clean. Fitness room had good equipment.
