Dirty room

While it appears that this property was remodeled recently, the room we stayed in already had seen some hard times. There were permanent stains on the counter in the bathroom, the upholstery was stained, and the ottoman looked like it had pizza stains (or worse!) on it. The blanket on the bed was disgusting - pilled and dirty, and sadly the sheets also had a stain on them. On the plus side, the carpet looked new. A bargain price for an overnight trip to Sky Harbor airport, but not worth it. For any price, you should at least get a clean room with clean linens. We won't stay here again.

Service was great, rooms clean, brkfst good. Construction of light rail on Apache Blvd. is in full swing, so it is a mess, but nothing can be done about it. Sheets and blanket on our King-size bed were wayyyy too small, but since we were not there long I did not say anything. Overall, good experience.

Hotel was new and clean. But had no restaurant nor was it near any restuarants. Lacked bathroom in lobby. Road construction on road in front of hotel made it hard to get to.

This hotel is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and well apointed. The breakfast was very nice, more than most other hotels have.
