Quote: If you are visiting Washington DC from out of town, or for the first time, and don't want to rent a car, a great way to get around is to use their extensive metro (subway) system. Churchill hotel is 0.5 mile (uphill) from the Du Pont Circle station... Read the full The Churchill review

Quote: I enjoyed my stay. Facilities were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Staff were helpful. Location was convenient to my business meetings and restaurants. During the week, Washington restaurants are expensive; this was no exception.

Quote: Great location near Dupont Circle. Hotel may be have the slight air of faded glory, but it is spotless and well maintained. Nice, friendly staff. It is the cheapest "nice" hotel you can find in a great part of town.

Quote: We loved the older style and feel of the hotel. The room was more of a suite. It had a bedroom and two sitting rooms. It was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was fabulous. I want to know what kind of mattress it was so I can get one at home.... Read the full The Churchill review

Quote: I would gladly recommend this hotel to friends. The room we stayed in had a separate alcove for an office. There were great restaurants in the neighborhood and festive bars on 17 St. The only draw back is that the walk from the Metro would be a... Read the full The Churchill review
