Required to do valet parking because their underground parking is so small (and expensive). Room is smallest I have even seen. Really bad smell coming from closet. So old and bang up that it needed makeover 10 years ago. Staff treated us like invisible, let alone greetings. Usually I am not picky with hotels, but I can say I would never go back to this one again. Not recommended for anyone looking for a decent trip.

We stayed one nite..post cruise. Great location with friendly front desk...renovation in progress which will make a big difference. We would stay again without question.

Great staff - friendly, very knowledgeable, ask the front desk for good places to eat, as they can accomodate every mood and budget. But, best of all - FREE happy hour (5 to 6:30pm) at the wine bar. The wine is actually not that bad - from local Napa/Sonoma wineries. Great place to meet people - or meet up with friends if you split up for the day. Priced VERY REASONABLY. Good location.
