I choose this hotel based on other reviews. I was not disappointed. A boutique hotel tucked into a great location within walking distance to everything! The service was exceptional and personal. The rooms were a bit small but very comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice boutique hotel in a great location near Union Square. The lobby is warm and inviting with a fire roaring and a wonderful wine happy hour in the evenings. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was a bit small, expecially the bathroom, but very functional, nicely decorated, and comfortable. I like the chair with foot rest near the desk so it was easy to work on the laptop. And the bed was great. All in all a really great find for the price

Galleria Park Hotel is an excellent facility. The staff was friendly and efficient. My room was extremely comfortable, had attractive modern decor, and felt very safe. Amenities included wine in the late afternoon/early evening and there was a wonderful selection of coffees and teas on the mezzanine in the morning. This facility also allows pets, which was a pleasant surprise. My favorite discovery was the rooftop (actually off the third floor) garden, walking track. What a delightful surprise! This would also be a fantastic venue for reading the paper and enjoying that morning or evening beverage.

The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk staff provided us with city maps that helped a lot! The location of the hotel is great- it's in the financial district very close to Union Square, Nob Hill and Chinatown. The room was a little small but was clean and had a comfortable bed. They also have a wine happy hour in the lobby every evening which was fun. The morning we left, the bell boy offered to call us a cab right away- great service! We would definitely stay here again.

"Gorgeous, colorful rooms!"

I loved the colorful, comfortable rooms and the location of this small, quaint hotel. Relaxing, comfortable, pretty, but not decadent. The concierge was not very knowledgeable, but very friendly and tried to help.
