great view, good clean hotel , great location, the hotel is a little weatherd but still a great hotel we had a great time just on the beach behind the hotel and just a short distance from good restraunts & entertainment . if you have time and like to fish you should check out sea spirit fishing charters about a 15 min ride from the hotel we took the half day trip and had a blast . in all a great trip .

Fine for an evening or two

Let me first say we are well traveled & picky. The hotel is a good place to rest. Parking was covered, secure and the front desk staff was nice. Room was clean and larger than expected. The convient store across the street had the lowest price fuel in Daytona. The continental breakfast was more than enough. We were on a nonsmoking floor, but the hallways reeked of smoke. The AC unit was loud, I needed ear plugs to sleep (yes I travel with ear plugs, for such occasions). This is not the Hilton, don't expect that kind of place (if you have stay at one).

This was a great place for a family vacation. The location was excellent...right on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an oceanside room with a beautiful view. The room had a fridge, microwave, dishes, glasses, silverware, sink...which was VERY nice. Breakfast in the a.m. was served until 10 a.m. Mostly cold stuff, but a good variety and selection. Hot coffee and tea were available all day. The Tiki Bar by the pool served drinks and hamburgers/chicken during the day. This was very convenient for us, since we wanted to spend most of our time by the pool or on the beach. The pool area was very nice. Lots of lounge chairs and the pool temperature was comfortably warm. There was a nice mixture of spring breakers (college students) and families staying at the hotel. The spring breakers were very well behaved and respectful.

Great place right on the beach! :)

This motel stay was a pleasure from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The continental breakfast had multiple choices-doughnuts, cereal, bagels, toast, eggs, yougart, oatmeal and more. Walk right out the door and down to the beach. It was a great weekend. There is no balconies on the rooms but there is a nice grassed rooftop area over the front desk/lobby to sit and enjoy the ocean.

Great place to stay

It is not the most romantic hotel the world, but it was a very nice place to stay for the money. No problems with the room. Had a nice view of the ocean and easy access to the pool and beach. Breakfast was OK, no bacon and eggs, but plenty of other things. The hotel is located about a mile south of the pier and main attractions. Great for kids and families. Free parking for hotel guests. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again.
