our room was tiny!! it was like 7 ft wide and awkwardly long. There was stains on the sheets, the whole layout was awful, the complimentary breakfest was a joke. The lighting was terrible. the carpet was nasty the beds were awful. Parking was bad. we came back at 7 and there was absolutly no parking. They maybe had 20 parking or so parking spots for like 100 or more rooms, seriously that is ridiculous.

One of the criterias I picked was free airport shuttle as well as free parking. If I am getting airport shuttle, then, it is the standard in this area for all hotels to offer a Park and Fly where 7 nights are free, any extra are $7.95.
When asked about this, the attendant was not helpful and explained it was my fault for not getting the information right. (the sign right outside their parking lot says, Park free 7 nights-one night stay.) When I called prior to arriving the staff said that "they could not give out any information about the hotel because I was booking through their supplier (ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE) They ultimately were not interested in finding solutions and were not willing to waive the parking. Had I known that the parking was not free, then, I would have booked another hotel. By the time I got here and checked in, it was very late, and we were tired, if I would have gone next door, then, the "cancellation policy" would go into affect. So, my question is why do we follow some rules from the internet such as the cancellation policy but not the "free parking" policylisted. The manager was not interested in talking with me directly. So if you want to stay in Seattle, don't stay here.
