Quote: The building was nice, but my room had ants all over the sink. I called the front desk and was given a room upgrade with no hassle. The staff was friendly. Really close to restaurants and stores but all the rooms do need extensive cleaning.

Quote: Stayed 2 nights in January 2010. The whole hotel, including the guest rooms, had an unpleasant odor. The carpet throughout was worn and dirty. The staff, however, was pleasant and helpful. The parking is free, unlike most of the downtown hotels.
